Danica Patrick Crash Video: NASCAR Star Crashes at Kansas Sprint Cup Race, Frustrated with No. 83, Landon Cassill

NACAR star and Go Daddy representative Danica Patrick crashed on lap 155 during Sunday's Sprint Cup Series race at Kansas Speedway - in an attempt to oust competitor Landon Cassill, 30-year-old Patrick ended up burning herself. Patrick managed to finish 32nd in the Hollywood Casino 400 race while Cassill placed 18th - and Patrick let it be known that she wasn't too pleased with that outcome.

Following the race (while stepping out of her smashed up racecar), a frustrated Patrick stated:

"I have just been really frustrated with the No. 83. He slammed into me on the front straight for no other reason than his radio communication 'She was in the way'. I've always played fair. If it's one time, I can imagine frustration. But it's been pretty consistent with him getting in to me. So at some point in time, I have to stand up for myself, or everybody's going to do it. So, the bummer is that this is my Texas car. We were having a good run, we were making the car better. And, I'm out of the race and he's not."

During the race, Cassill made a low turn on the track, passing Patrick. As a warning and an attempt to pass Cassill, Patrick repeatedly began tapping no 83's rear bumper with her front fender. She managed to successfully send Cassill into a skid, but the move ultimately backfired. Cassill recovered from the slight skid easily, while Patrick ended up sliding up the track and slamming into the outside wall - leading her way off track of the competition. Which is why she placed 32nd, and Cassill managed to snag the no 18 spot.

Watch the crash go down here:

Patrick's crew chief, Stewart-Haas Racing competition director Greg Zipadelli, wasn't too happy with Patrick's attempt at retaliation (which ultimately failed). Still, Patrick blames it all on her frustration towards Cassill:

"My situation with (Cassill) is really a product of frustration. If it's one time, I can imagine it's frustration, but it's been quite a few times with him. At some point I have to stand up for myself so this doesn't happen with other people. I chose today."
