Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are responding to major backlash in a public statement after they played a video at their wedding of homeless people wishing them well on their wedding day.

"I was always taught that we as people, no matter what your race, sex, or stature may be, are equal," Timberlake added, "I think we can all agree that it was distasteful."

Gawker.com which is the same website responsible for releasing the Hulk Hogan sex tape leaked the video with the title, "Justin Timberlake's $6.5 Million Italian Wedding Featured a Video of Sad L.A. Vagrants Wishing Him Well." The couple's friend, Justin Huchel who was responsible for the video, hired attorney, Michael J. Saltz who served a cease-and-desist order to the website.

Justin added on his website, "My friends are good people. This was clearly a lapse in judgment which I'm sure no one who is reading this is exempt from. But, I don't believe it was made to be insensitive," he insists. "You can bet your ass that I'm having my friend do at least 100 hours of community service... Boom."
