Tamera Mowry Baby: Sister Tia Mowry Dishes on Baby Bump, Natural Birth, Ready to Pop Any Day Now

Tamera Mowry, who starred alongside twin sister Tia Mowry in the hit 1990s sitcom "Sister, Sister," is due to give birth to her first baby any day now, and her 34-year-old sis can't help but share her excitement, as well as concern. In a recent interview with Us Weekly magazine at the launch of Tori Spelling's new "Little Maven" children's clothing collection (how appropriate!), Tia dishes about how it feels to be a soon-to-be aunt, what it's like to have her own 15-month-old tot running around, and why she thinks a natural birth probably isn't the best option for Tamera.

According to Tia, Tamera is expected to pop any day now - the Mowry family anxiously awaits a baby boy whom Tamera has already decided to name Housley. And looks like Tia will be right there next to Tamera's hospital bed in the delivery room - she'll be helping out as the labor coach! Not such a bad idea, considering Tia just recently experienced the trials of pregnancy herself with son Cree Taylor Hardrict, who was born in June 2011 (with actor hubby Cory Hardict). "I will be in the room with her coaching her," Tia excitedly told Us Weekly on Oct. 18.

Tia had a C-section to deliver little Cree Taylor, but Tamera plans on going the natural route - the wife of Fox News correspondent Adam Housley doesn't want to take any drugs when the big day arrives. And apparently Tia doesn't think that's the smartest idea: "She is my sister and we can't take pain. Pain and us, we just don't mix! She is trying to be brave, which is good . . . but I don't think she is going to make it."

Even so, Tamera recently admitted that pregnancy has taught her to trust in her own instincts - "If I have yet to learn practice, my son is in the process of teaching me now" - so all the more strength to her! The "Tia and Tamera" star officially announced that her due date is currently scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 30.

Tamera is restlessly prepared for little Hously to finally arrive - people constantly reaching to rub her baby bump has finally gotten on the former teen star's nerves! In her pregnancy blog Tamera writes, ""I can now say that I am down to the wire. I seriously feel like I have been pregnant forever. Almost 10 months to be exact! Thirty-nine weeks in and no baby yet... I can't take it anymore! So, I can see the hand coming in slo-mo, and then I just quickly cover it... I just cover my belly with my hands, and I cover it before they can get to it, so what they do is touch my hands."

As for Tia and son Cree Taylor, "He is saying more words than the average 15 month old," brags proud mom Tia. "He says 'night night,' 'bath time,' 'ball,' 'dog,' 'mama,' and 'dada.'" Motherhood has been such a blessing, baby no 2 may soon be on it's way! "It is a topic in our house every single day. I'm ready but my husband is on the fence -- and of course it takes two to tango!"

Looks like the Mowry clan just keeps growing and growing - wonder if a set of twins is in the foreseeable future? Congrats to the happy Mowry sisters!
