The popular live internet video broadcasting site Livestream introduces Sandycam - a live video and news feed that tracks Hurricane Sandy updates as the Super Storm surges on in the East Coast. According to the website: "Tune in for live weather updates, satellite images, and news in as hurricane Sandy makes its way across the East Coast." The Hurricane Sandy video footage is captured real-time from the company's World Headquarters in Chelsea, Manhattan, New York City.

The Category 1 hurricane has gained speed and strength as it travels at high-speeds towards the East Coast of the U.S. - the National Hurricane Center expects Hurricane Sandy to be near the mid-Atlantic coast on Monday night. Much of NYC and the rest of the East Coast is currently at a standstill - home evacuations, air flight cancellations, school/business closings, power outages, and subway/transportation shut-downs have swept the affected areas. Watch Livestream's Sandycam below for live, up-to-date coverage of the Super Storm (Twitter #Sandycam). Below are more websites for additional live feeds and hurricane information.
