MStars: Why did you decide to push back your fourth album to March 24?

Evin: We wanted it to be as good as it could be. We wanted to make sure we got all the songs out, and got it finished presenting the best product and the best representation of ourselves.

How is it working together as a team?

Torrence: It's been great. We've been together for about 12 years now. It's been quite a journey, we don't really fight much, me and Evin, we get along so it's been a pretty easy ride. We started with about five members, went to three and now it's two but it's been a great journey.

Evin: I would agree, we've definitely had our moments, even in our personal lives and even in ministry. That's expected if you look at any characters in the Bible. There were moments when you had trials and moments when they weren't actually winning. We know that all things work in good and better for the Lord so we're here and this is our fourth album. A lot of the group, and even artists that started back in 2003 when we started, aren't here today. So we're still here, and we're excited.

How is it working around J Moss? Is he a great mentor?

Torrence: J Moss is coolest, down to earth people you could meet, but he's also one of the funniest and craziest people ever. He's really cool, he's like a big brother. In the beginning I kind of had to figure him out the way he spoke. But over time you start to develop a relationship and understand where he was coming from.

Evin: Our relationship has developed a whole lot over the past 12 years. When we first started it was very boy-band-ish, then it was more so of a shepherd leading sheep. Even in evidence of the music we do our owns songs now, and it has become a brotherhood, as Moss says, "OK, you've got it."

So tell us a little bit about Outsiders, where did you find your inspiration this time around on this album?

Torrence: It came from a personal feeling, a personal place. Evin and I have always felt like outsiders because we haven't really found to much of a place where we fit, and our music doesn't really sound like anybody else's. We're kind of like a boy band so we're not coming from the B2K thing, but kind of that essence so that's kind of where it came from.

Everybody can identify with outsiders because they have felt that way at one time.

Evin: That's like the natural reason. Everybody has wanted to be that cool kid, everybody has always wanted to be in that in crowd, even when being a believer, when you believer and identify with Christ your're automatically an outsider.

J Moss recovered from a house fire and Torrence you recovered from a hospitalization back in December, how has your faith increased?

Torrence: It seems that God knocked me back down, when I seemed to ignore him, I guess you could say. That's what was happening with me at that time in life. I seemed to be distracted. The phone, the TV, job and everything ... I wasn't making enough time for God.

It was a point where I had to realise God wanted my attention. The hospital, I was in there for about five days; I had some version of a stomach flu, it was very painful, I had a fever and chills. But during that time I had time to talk to God, and figure out a few things. He kept me having faith, and taught me to increase my faith.
