Bruce Jenner has just found his saving grace in the MTV Movie Awards, as it is being reported that during this weekend's ceremony, no jokes will be able to be made about the star's upcoming transgender transition. Amy Schumer, who is taking over the hosting duties this year has agreed to steer clear of the former Olympic athlete, as he is going through the process of transitioning from male to female.

According to Fox News, the star might be known for poking fun at people, including herself, but she is letting Jenner breathe a sigh of relief as she promised that she wouldn't go after him on the broadcast.

"I would never," the star explained of going after the former Keeping Up With the Kardashian star's appearance. "I think he looks good. We have the same hair."

It might be a good idea to steer clear of the Bruce Jenner jokes as according to ET Online, Jamie Foxx caught a lot of heat for his comment about the reality star during the iHeartRadio Music Awards earlier this year.

Foxx, who served as the MC for the event poked fun at Bruce, saying that the star would "be here doing a his and hers duet by himself," adding, "I'm just busting your balls while I still can."

The outcry on Twitter would definitely be enough to stop Amy from following in Jamie's footsteps, as fans and critics were outraged over the comment.

"Boo! Shame on you #iHeartAwards for allowing @iamjamiefoxx to be transphobic on national television," Perez Hilton wrote on his Twitter account. "Those #BruceJenner jokes were wrong!!!"

The MTV Movie Awards will air Sunday, April 12 and will not include any Bruce Jenner disses.
