Amid all the horror going on in Baltimore right now – the death of Freddie Gray, the riots, etc. – many people are pleading the citizens end the violence. Former Baltimore Ravens player Ray Lewis recently dropped a video demanding protestors to end it all. The football linebacker's video, which he posted to Facebook, shows an emotional, yet angry man begging the young kids to "get off the streets."

Starting out with, "No way! No way! No way this can happen in our city! No," Lewis' video continues to explain to the "young kids" that they must understand that violence is not the answer here. In fact, he claims that it has never been the answer.

"Freddie Gray, we don't do nothing for him doing this!" Lewis said. Furthermore, he claims that we know there's a deeper issue here – speaking of the ongoing race problem in the country between cops and citizens – but assures viewers that violence, looting and rioting is certainly NOT the answer.

Following the video, Lewis tweeted to his followers the importance of everyone coming together as a community. "These kids have to have real leaders," it reads.

Check out Lewis' fiery Facebook video below.
