Popular comedian and rapper Katt Williams is currently being sued by livid California fans over a rather bizarre and non-existent Live Nation performance in Oakland on Friday, Nov. 16. According to the civil class action lawsuit filed in Alameda County on Nov. 21, Williams showed up to the show and remained onstage for a mere 10 minutes. And instead of actually performing a comedic act, the "Wild 'n Out" host ended up stripping onstage, verbally confronted a heckler, and even attempted to start a fight with at least three audience members. Just another legal problem to add on to the "Friday After Next" star's already growing list.

While Williams' bizarre Oakland performance may sound somewhat entertaining, many fans weren't so amused. A group of them are currently seeking unspecified damages for "Katt Williams' non-performance" from both the comedian himself and the popular concert promoter Live Nation. Check out the lawsuit in its entirety here.

This won't be William's first run-in with the court. Since 2006, the "Norbit" actor has been arrested and charged with a number of different legal accusations including assault, theft, and possession of a deadly weapon. Just a day before the scheduled concert in Oakland, Williams was arrested on charges of suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon for allegedly beating an 18 year-old Berkeley, California man with a bottle aboard his own tour bus. What's up with Williams' rather oddly confrontational behavior lately?
