‘Wedding Singer’ Rapping Grandma Ellen Albertini Dow Dies at 101

Fans of the 1998 Adam Sandler film The Wedding Singer will undoubtedly remember Ellen Albertini Dow as the rapping grandmother who performed "Rapper's Delight" in the movie. Now, sadly, it's being reported that Dow has died at the age of 101. The actress was featured not only in the film but also the trailer, which certainly brought some more people to theaters to check out the Sandler-Drew Barrymore-led film.

TMZ is reporting on the actress' death, noting that alongside the famed Sandler film, she more recently appeared on Family Guy and New Girl. Further credits also include Scrubs, Seinfeld, My Name is Earl, and more.

Of course, we can't forget about her racist, cantankerous old grandmother role in Wedding Crashers either. That, too, was pretty epic. Let's remember:
