Based on the popular anime and manga, Attack on Titan, the Nintendo 3DS videogame has released new gameplay footage. Ahead of its May release date, check out the new Characters trailer from the upcoming game, Attack on Titan: Humanity In Chains, in May.

As we previously mentioned, Attack on Titan follows Eren Jaeger, his adopted sister, Mikasa Ackerman, and their childhood best friend, Armin Arler. The trio never expected their entire village to be wiped out by gigantic humanoid creatures. To satisfy their hunger, the Titans seemingly feed on humans without reason. After witnessing his own mother being eaten alive, Eren joins the military to fight these vicious monsters head-on.

We mentioned before, Nintendo Direct publisher Atlus announced that it was bringing the game to North America and Europe this year. There will be local and online co-op modes, where up to four players can join in. The game includes support for the New 3DS XL's C-Stick, as well as the Circle Pad Pro. For those who don't like their movies dubbed, the original Japanese audio will also be included with English subtitles.
