The Dallas Mavericks vs. the Phoenix Suns battle it out on the court at the US Airways Center on Thursday, Dec. 6 at 10:30 p.m. ET. The Mavericks are ranked 3th in the Southwest Conference and currently hold the no 20 spot in the 2012-2013 NBA Regular Season (out of 30 teams) with eight wins and 10 losses. Sports columnist Brian Mazique of the Bleacher Report confirms, "[Power forward] Dirk Nowitzki has resumed running, but he is still weeks away from returning. Needless to say, the Mavs really need him."  Meanwhile the Suns snag the no 25 spot overall with seven wins and 12 losses (they hold the no 4 spot in the Western Pacific Conference). Mazique notes, "The Suns are in the midst of a three-game losing streak, and they have the league's worst defense at 102.9 points allowed per game."

The game will be broadcasted live on TNT, but fans can also listen in on the radio at ESPN 103.3KTBB and 620 KTAR.
