Don't we all want to look like a couple of Game of Thrones characters? At least, in terms of their bodies––not so much the dirt, lack of showers and attire. Well, actor Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jaime Lannister on the famed HBO series, recently unveiled some workout tips for keeping his body in shape.

Per a report from Men's Health, Waldau worked with a trainer to come up with a workout plan that has to do with your body-weight, largely due to the fact that the GoT star is always travelling. Therefore, he performs each exercise for eight reps back-to-back, eight times.

So, what does Jaime Lannister do to keep his body in check? Let's take a look at his workout:

Hand Walkout
Kicking off in a standing position, all you have to do is bend at the waist and walk your hands out. Then, back to your feet.

Rotational Straight-Leg Deadlift
Stand on one foot, bend the other leg slightly. Bend forward and grab your standing foot with your opposite hand. Return to start. Remember, that's one side. Therefore, alternate sides.

T-Pushup
Do a regular pushup and then rotate upward so that your arm is extended to the ceiling. Return to start and repeat for the other side.

Warrior Lunge
With both feet on the ground, move one foot back and drop to your knee. At the same time, reach your hands up and back. Return to start and repeat with the other side.

Handstand Pushup
Okay, this one might be a little hard. Just 6 inches away from a wall, place your hands on the ground and kick yourself up in a handstand position. Rest your feet against the wall and lower your head to the floor. Push up. Repeat.

*Note: if this is too difficult you can always do regular pushups with your feet on an elevated surface.

Burpee
Begin upright. Then, bend your knees and place your hands to the floor. Jump back into a push up position. Jump your feet back to your hands and jump up. Repeat.
