It looks like Ludacris will be having more headaches. MStars News has learned that his baby mama, Tamika Fuller, filed a new lawsuit against the rapper and expecting father. As the arrival of his new baby with his wife, Eudoxie, gets closer, Luda is still facing drama with Fuller over custody of their daughter, Cai Bella Bridges.

According to Philly.com, Luda's ex filed a new lawsuit requesting appellate court officials to take away his rights to primary custody.

MStars News previously reported that Fuller was ordered to hand over her daughter to her father Luda earlier this year after his lawyers successfully convinced the judge that he would be the better parent.

Baby Cai was conceived during the rapper's breakup from his now wife, and the expecting mother of his third child, Eudoxie. The couple's first child together is due any day now.

She previously revealed that she was nine months pregnant via Instagram.

The new court documents were filed on May 18th in Fulton County, Georgia, where the mother of Cai wants the order to be reversed. This isn't the first time that Fuller went after Luda.

MStars News previously learned that the former filings were battling over Cai's right's to travel. Fuller also tried to get custody back of her daughter in April, but was denied a motion for a new trial.

Ludacris also has another daughter, Karma, from a previous relationship, and from the looks of his baby shower with his expecting wife, he may be having another baby girl. Hopefully, the third time around he gets a baby boy, but we're not sure. At least we know the child will be having some kind of animal-themed nursery, after Eudoxie posted a photo of the finished decor for her child.
