Caitlyn Jenner might have just gotten the life she always wanted, as she finally made the transition from male to female, but could her happiness be short-lived? The transgender Keeping Up With The Kardashian star and Olympic athlete made the decision to undergo a sex change surgery earlier this year, but it looks like becoming female has complicated the issue of where she could serve time if she is charged in the car accident she was involved in earlier this spring.

Caitlyn was involved in a fatal car accident earlier this year that took the life of motorcyclist Kimberly Howe, and while the incident is still being investigated, Jenner's recent sex change has complicated things a little should she be sentenced to time behind bars.

According to Radar Online, now that the star formerly known as Bruce Jenner is a woman, many officials are wondering where she will spend her sentence.

One insider explained that she would go to the women's ward, while another said she would be sent to the K6G block, which is reserved for gay and transgender individuals.

"Caitlyn would absolutely serve time at the Century Regional Detention Facility for women in Lynwood," an insider explained, while another stated, "Caitlyn could also be sent to the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in downtown Los Angeles which only houses men. She could be sequestered to the K6G gay/transgender block. It's only for inmates that identify as gay or transgender."

According to Whog957.com, Caitlyn could also serve time at the same joint where Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan, and even Michelle Rodriguez were housed.
