Check below to see where fans can catch a live stream of the Monday night football game and up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

The Jets head into Monday evening's game at the no 19 spot on ESPN's power rankings with six wins and seven losses. New York's defense has kept the team alive the past couple weeks, and popular quarterback Tim Tebow is expected to return to the field for the first time in four weeks. Not only that, but the Jets have resigned veteran receiver Braylon Edwards. NY hopes to stay alive in the AFC wild-card race in tonight's game against Tennessee. The Titans snag the no 28 spot out of a possible 32 teams, with four wins and nine losses. According to ESPN blogger John Clayton, "With four offensive line starters out for the season, the Titans could have a rough finish to 2012."

The game will be broadcasted live on ESPN, but fans can also listen in on the radio at ESPN 98.7 FM, 1200 WTLA, and 104.5 'The Zone'  or on Sirius Radio channels 92/93.
