The Daily Show is coming to an end on Aug. 6 – well, Jon Stewart's part of it – and word on the street is that he'll be returning to stand up afterwards. And given his conversation with The Coloring Book author and soon to be New York Story star – which will be directed by comedian Jerry Seinfeld at the Cherry Lane Theater – Colin Quinn, it looks like it is pretty much a definite.

Quinn appeared on The Daily Show last night to promote his new book, The Coloring Book: A Comedian Solves Race Relations in America. During the segment, the two mainly talked about Quinn's ill-fitting outfit until the latter asked Stewart, "What are you coming back to stand up?"

To that, the host admitted that working on Rosewater made it hard, but he's undoubtedly going to begin performing more and more. And it seems that he can think of no better place to do so than New York's very own Comedy Cellar.

"It's the greatest place," Stewart says. "I've gotta get down there. You know why? I'm feeling a little too good about myself these days. ... I need to go in the basement- you go to the Cellar and ... you need to have a table of people from Queens who came in for the night and don't think you're sh*t tell you who you are."
