'Leftovers' Season 2 Spoilers, Teaser Trailer: HBO Rapture Series Peemieres New Episodes Fall 2015

HBO has just debuted the first teaser trailer for season two of the mysterious drama The Leftovers, and we're just going to tell you know that it will have you excited, confused and probably a little worried! The first season was based on the novel of the same name by author and executive producer Tom Perrotta, but the upcoming 2015 episodes will examine another small town with different characters, though the actors will remain the same. Here is the official (and very vague) synopsis of the brand new season of The Leftovers, which premieres this fall (via HBO):

More than three years ago, 2% of the world's population inexplicably vanished. 140 million people, gone in an instant. No country, no state, no city was spared, except for one small town in eastern Texas. Population: 9261. Departures: Zero.
