Kelly Osbourne's Brother, Jack & Wife, Lisa Stelly Welcome 2nd Baby Named Andy Rose

Kelly Osbourne is an auntie once again! MStars News has learned that her brother, Jack Osbourne and his wife, Lisa Stelly welcomed their second baby, a little girl over the weekend. According to People, the Osbourne family added one more to their clan when Stelly gave birth to a 6-lb, 11-oz. baby girl who they named Andy Rose Osbourne.

As the family gets settled with their new baby, Jack revealed that his wife was feeding their daughter the natural way by breastfeeding, while he was on a "sober" sparkling cider relaxation regimen. "This is how you celebrate when Mum is breastfeeding and Dad is sober. Thank you all for the kind words. #newbaby," he wrote on Instagram.

Jack and Lisa already have one older daughter named Pearl Clementine who is now a big sister at 3 years old. In the snapshot below, Pearl seems to know what was going on in her mother's belly after she posed with her own "play" baby bump.

The Osbourne's first revealed that they were expecting another child back in February. In the snapshot below, Jack told his followers: "Supprise!!!!! #round2 #babyinbound"

Following their announcement, Lisa revealed that her daughter, Pearl was excited about becoming a big sister.

"Pearl is very happy to become a big sister. She diligently reads her 'I'm a big sister' books every night & recites to me her plans of bathing, feeding, singing to, and holding the baby," Lisa stated in her blog.
