Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart to Spend New Year in London, Romantic Isle of Wight: R-Patz Offers V-Day 'Love' Deadline, Ready to Propose?

2013 is fast approaching, and reports confirm that "Twilight" starlet Kristen Stewart recently landed in London to ring in the New Year with her British beau Robert Pattinson on the romantic U.K. Isle of Wight. The duo are currently working on their tattered romantic relationship (since K-Stew cheated on her man with "Snow White and the Huntsman" director Rupert Sanders over the summer) and Perez Hilton claims that R-Patz has given their rekindled love a Valentine's Day "deadline." The 26-year-old Hollywood heartthrob hopes to kickoff 2013 by focusing on his relationship and maybe even bringing it to the next level... so despite all of the relationship drama, is a proposal in the foreseeable future?

Apparently K-Stew landed in the U.K. on Thursday (Dec. 27)... some fans tweeted about spotting her at the airport, and the lovebirds were seen riding the London Subway together on Saturday (Dec. 29). Rumors have it that the couple plans on jetting off to the beautiful, private Isle of Wight to celebrate the New Year. The perfect romantic place for Pattinson to propose...?

Rumors have been swirling that Pattinson was recently busy designing a "secret" engagement ring for his "Twilight" sweetheart. And considering he supposedly wants Stewart to take their relationship more seriously, maybe an intimate New Year's proposal isn't totally out of the question (although gossip like this tends to be total hearsay). As for the Valentine's Day relationship "deadline," one Perez Hilton inside source insists:

"Rob's planning to skip most of the upcoming awards parties and spend January focusing on his relationship. He's set a Valentine's Day deadline to decide whether he's in it for the long run. So there could be a proposal on the cards - or a decision to end it."

A new year, a fresh start!

The "Twilight" couple actually spent Christmas apart this year... apparently because K-Stew couldn't face R-Patz's family again (after a rather awkward and strained Thanksgiving Day gathering). The Pattinson clan (especially Rob's sisters) aren't too happy that he's gotten back together with Stewart after her infidelity. Sources confirm that Pattinson's overprotective older sis Lizzy has "always hated how Kristen treats him and [believes] he shouldn't be with a cheat."

But despite his family's concerns, Pattinson looks to be with Stewart for the long run (at least until his alleged February "love ultimatum"). Fans will have to wait and see if the "On the Road" starlet is photographed rocking some fresh bling on her left ring finger following the New Year's holiday!
