Best Butt Exercises! Top 3 Moves for a Sexy Summer Curvy Booty

It's summertime, which means that it's time for us to get off the couch and get those booties in check. Which is exactly why MStars News has grabbed the top three butt exercises that will prove to get you a sexier, curvier backside... in time, of course.

Now, let's just hope you can get it done before summer is over.

Per a report from Health.com, there are a number of ways to get that butt in shape for those bikinis, micro bikinis, one pieces, etc., but let's take a look at the top 3, shall we?

The Pigeon Stretch
Hitting both the butt and hips, this stretch has been proven to tone that core for maximum results! From a child's pose, stretch one leg back while moving other across your body. Place your arms in front and hold for 30 seconds. Afterwards, switch legs.

The Pretzel Pose
With your right knee bent in front of your body, simply place your left leg behind your body and lift. Put your hands to the sides of your right knee for better support. Repeat 20 times.

Glute Toner
Using a chair or wall for support, move one foot back and eventually lift your leg. Do this, you guessed it, 20 times.
