Jonas Brothers Sued by Fan 'Agonizingly Crushed' by Crazed Groupies at L.A. 'The Grove' Concert in 2010 [VIDEO]
An avid Jonas Brothers fan has been crushed... literally. According to a recent TMZ report, the famous Disney pop boy- band is being sued by an admirer (Ashleigh Johnson) who was allegedly "agonizingly crushed" by a group of crazed fans at a crowded Jo Bro concert at The Grove in L.A. back in May 2010. According to the lawsuit filed by Johnson, she was forcefully pushed up against a guard rail by insane groupies during the outdoor performance - as a result she was dangerously crushed into the fence and ultimately suffered serious mental, emotional, and physical injuries.
Johnson was so traumatized by the scary experience that she is now suing both the Jonas Brothers and the L.A. concert venue management (Caruso) given that the event left her with "severe injury to her body and shock to her nervous system." The "crushing" took place at the Jo Bro's early bird special performance at 3 p.m.
Johnson did not release her age in the lawsuit, but also did not place all the blame entirely on Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas - she insists that the venue itself must make changes because there's "not enough security measures in place to stop fans (including minors) from ending up hurt."
Check out a video posted by a fan in the crowd during the same Jo Bro performance back in May, 2010 (not filmed by Johnson). Does the audience appear to be crazy and dangerously out-of-control?
