Sofia Vergara Wardrobe Malfunction Rings in 2013: Starlet and Fiance Nick Loeb Involved in New Year's Bar Brawl, Flashes Breast [PHOTO]

"Modern Family" starlet Sofia Vergara and fiancé Nick Loeb rang in the 2013 New Year in a rather exciting way...complete with a Miami bar brawl and a breast-flashing wardrobe malfunction! According to TMZ, the sexy 40-year-old actress tried to break up a scuffle while partying at the popular Miami nightclub Story on New Year's Eve night... which resulted in her being shoved to the ground and having her boob pop out in the process. Loeb was promptly escorted out of the club by security with Vergara (dress back intact) trailing right behind him.

According to reports, Vergara and Loeb got into a small tiff after first arriving at the club (most likely having to do with tensions involving Story party host Chris Paciello, whom Vergara dated back in the '90s). Witnesses tell the New York Post that later on in the evening, Loeb ended up getting into a heated argument with fellow revelers at a nearby table. Things soon turned physical, and in an attempt to stop the fight, Vergara got in the middle of flying fists. Her flowing gown (which was barely covering up her breasts to begin with) was pulled down in the process, revealing the starlet's left breast for all fellow partiers to see.

An eye-witness told the New York Post:

"Nick seemed tense around Chris, who was hosting them in the VIP section, even though he and Sofia are just friends. In the early hours, Nick and Sofia were arguing before he got into a dispute with somebody at a neighboring table. Some pushing and shoving started... Sofia stepped in to try to calm the situation, but somehow she ended up getting pushed and shoved also. Her strapless dress was torn or pulled down in front of other people and her son Manolo who was so offended he left the club. It was crazy... Nick was pulled away from Sofia and those at the next table by security guards, who dragged him out of the VIP section and threw him out of the club. Sofia followed him."

Another source claims, "Things got pretty heated, but she was never hit. Nick was pretty bruised from struggling with security. None of the drama was Sofia's fault, but despite the big scene [Loeb] created, they made up outside the club, and she took him back to their hotel."

Apparently Loeb suffered some minor scrapes and bruises after being carried out the back door by security.

The couple (who got engaged back in July) was having a good night before the club brawl occurred... Vergara even hosted the midnight countdown at Miami's luxurious Delano hotel before the duo got in trouble at the Story nightclub.

This is not Vergara's first run-in with a major wardrobe malfunction... back in September the actress owned up to flashing her butt at the Emmys after her dress embarrassingly split right down the middle:
