Hulk Hogan is refiling a $100 million lawsuit against gossip site Gawker for posting the sex tape with Heather Clem online, according to TMZ. In October 2012, the Hulk filed a lawsuit, but eventually dismissed the suit in federal court last month in order to refile in Florida state. The former wrestler is also suing his adult film co-star, Celm in order to consolidate his claims with both parties. A settlement between Hogan's best friend, radio personality Bubba the Love Sponge was later closed, after Hogan filed a suit against him.

Hulk Hogan told Howard Stern that his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, offered him to sleep with his wife, Clem. During the interview Howard confessed that Bubba had told him that there are only two men in the world that I would let have sex with my wife and that is him (Howard) and Hulk Hogan.

According to Stern, Bubba told him that "What's mine is yours."  Hogan added that he went through verbal and mental abuse which pushed him to cheat on his ex-wife. Hogan also stated in the interview that he didn't know that those kinds of abusive acts even existed until he sat down with divorce lawyers.

The WWE wrestler then said, "I'm devastated and it's no a joke. I got my life back together and I got remarried."  Before doing the tape Hogan said that it was an ongoing joke for two years before he hit rock bottom in his marriage and decided to finally sleep with Clem.   The wrestler added the tape was from 6 years ago when he was married to Linda Hogan.
