Taylor Swift and Harry Styles: Songstress Cancels Romantic Birthday Surprise Trip After Haylor Split, 1Der Not Over Cara Delevingne?

Now that "Haylor" is officially over, not only does pop-country songstress Taylor Swift have to deal with the heartbreak, but she also must go through the process of canceling Harry Styles' romantic (and rather expensive) surprise birthday gift... and it won't be easy! According to reports, the "Red" songstress originally planned a romantic, five-night stay at the Palazzina Grassi on Italy's Grand Canal for the 1Der's 19th birthday (on Feb. 1). But now that the couple has split after just two months of dating (with rumors swirling that Styles is still hung up on his former flame, Cara Delevingne) Swift is ready to cancel the trip... pronto!

Mstarz originally reported that after just a few weeks of dating, Styles treated Swift to a luxurious birthday weekend in London back in December, complete with an expensive Jimmy Choo handbag, a gorgeous pair of antique earrings, a large bottle of her favorite perfume, and 23 yummy, custom-made cupcakes. Swift hoped to lavish Styles with a surprise birthday getaway of her own... but those plans were cut short when the couple broke up a few days after the New Year.

According to an inside source at The Sun, "Taylor organized an all-expenses-paid trip before the split... She even arranged a private gondola for them for the entire time they would be there."

Maybe Swift should keep the trip booked, and celebrate the single life in Italy with fellow gal pal Selena Gomez. What do Mstarz fans think of that?

Meanwhile, rumors have surfaced that Styles didn't necessarily "dump" Swift because she "wouldn't put out" - he may actually still have feelings for former girlfriend, Cara Delevingne.

Although Styles once considered Delevingne his "one and only," the duo split last year so that Delevingne could focus on her modeling career with the Storm agency. Styles then began seeing Swift back in the fall... but sources claim that he would still regularly text Delevingne.

One inside source told Yahoo! OMG! - "Harry's not used to being dumped and he hasn't got Cara out of his system... Harry's still smitten by her upmarket background, her fun lifestyle and her socialite world. It's a different world from Harry's and he wants to know what it's like from the inside. The man usually gets the girl but this one has eluded Harry and he hasn't given up."

The alleged source continues, "Cara likes Harry a lot but at the moment she's put her career and ambition first, but they're still in touch and Harry wants her back."

Back when they were dating, one close friend told Heat magazine, "Harry is smitten with Cara and they're secretly very close... Harry even thinks she could be the one. He's keeping things low-key, but his dad has given his approval and thinks Cara is great. Harry sent Cara flowers and a present before she hit the catwalk for Victoria's Secret, because it was her debut. He texted her all the way through, telling her how gorgeous and wonderful she looked."
