Skrillex Hair on Fire: DJ Set Ablaze While Attempting to Blow Out Birthday Candles, Flames Quickly Extinguished [VIDEO]

It turned out to be one exciting 25th birthday for the popular Dubstep DJ Skrillex (real name, Sonny Moore). While attempting to excitedly blow out his birthday cake candles at an L.A. party on Tuesday evening (Jan. 15), Skrillex managed to catch his hair on fire! The Grammy Award winner was only set ablaze for a quick nanosecond before the flames were extinguished with a quick swipe of the hand. Still pretty entertaining, nonetheless (especially since no one got hurt in the mini b-day disaster!).

Skrillex's shaggy trademark locks almost met their demise on the night of his birthday (January 15)... it's not easy attempting to blow out 25+ birthday candles!

Surrounded by a crew of some of his closest, craziest friends and fans, Skrillex managed to laugh off the potential disaster and went about blowing out the rest of his birthday candles. The party-goers then went on to enjoy ravaging the enormous turntable-shaped cake. Now that's the proper way for a world renowned DJ to celebrate his 25th!
