The July 27, 2015 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City and features a main event for the United States Championship between John Cena and Seth Rollins.

The show begins with Triple H (who is celebrating a birthday today), Stephanie McMahon, and Seth Rollins. Hunter promises that tonight will be a night of firsts. For starters, he reveals that SummerSlam will be four hours long! Stephanie then promotes the main event between Brock Lesnar and Undertaker.

Triple H announces several first-time matchups for tonight: Dean Ambrose vs. Big Show, Paige vs. Sasha Banks, Randy Orton vs. Kevin Owens, and Alicia Fox and Nikki Bella vs. Charlotte and Becky Lynch.

Rollins cuts him off and brags about his own firsts, such as cashing in during the main event of WrestleMania and becoming WWE World Heavyweight Champion. As he brags, John Cena comes out and says it's a joke that Rollins calls himself one of the greatest champions ever. He tells Triple H and Stephanie that he wants a shot at Rollins and the title, an idea the champion shoots down quickly. Stephanie asks the crowd's opinion, and they go wild for it, which prompts Steph to respond (hilariously, if you ask me) with an elongated "No." She says Cena has to earn his shot, and Triple H books Cena vs. Rollins tonight for the United States Championship instead.

Big Show defeats Dean Ambrose by count out. It took two chokeslams, a superkick, a spear, and a KO Punch until Ambrose finally couldn't get back in the ring, though he was close. After the bell, Ambrose gets back to his feet. Show tries to spear him through the barricade, but Ambrose dodges and Show wipes out through the timekeeper's area. Throughout this match, Miz was on commentary and repeatedly said he would do everything Ambrose was doing, only better.

Neville defeats Fandango in a short match with the Red Arrow. Stardust appears on the TitanTron after the match and cuts a promo about heroes.

Paige hypes up Charlotte and Becky Lynch backstage when Team BAD enters. Sasha Banks says Stephanie McMahon was the true driving force behind the Divas Revolution, but Paige and her crew snipe back. Things get a little heated and they decided to save it for the ring.

Sasha Banks defeats Paige with the Bank Statement. During the commercial break, the referee sends Charlotte, Becky Lynch, Naomi, and Tamina Snuka backstage.

Renee Young interviews Seth Rollins, who promises to take the United States Championship and prove that the future has long passed John Cena.

Rusev comes out with Summer Rae and says he will show all the American men how to treat a woman. He gives her a puppy and says they should name it Dolph Ziggler because it's neutered, it's ugly, and it pees on itself. He gives her a dead fish and says they should name it Lana. On cue, the real Lana comes out, attacks Summer Rae, and shoves her face into the fish. She slaps Rusev and then leaves as Rusev screams at her and Summer Rae cries.

We see a recap of the brawl between Undertaker and Brock Lesnar last week and learn that The Beast Incarnate will be on Raw next week.

The Lucha Dragons defeat Los Matadores when Kalisto hits a hurricanrana. The Prime Time Players were on commentary for the match, and The New Day came out with a sign that read "Real Mega Dad of the Year" to taunt Titus O'Neil.

Luke Harper recommits himself to Bray Wyatt in a promo in the ring. Bray then turns his attention to Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose and tells Reigns he will destroy him.

Charlotte and Becky Lynch defeat Alicia Fox and Nikki Bella when Becky reverses Alicia's roll up attempt and locks in the armbar for the submission.

Randy Orton defeats Kevin Owens by disqualification when Sheamus, who was on commentary, attacks The Viper. Cesaro comes out to even the odds and attack Owens, but he eats a Pop-Up Powerbomb for his trouble.

Renee Young interviews John Cena, who hypes up his match with Rollins.

John Cena defeats Seth Rollins by submission with the STF to retain the United States Championship. Cena actually got busted open near the nose during the match. He poses with the title as the show goes off the air.
