Kelly Osbourne Engaged: Chef Boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart Popped Question Before Christmas, Wedding This Summer [PHOTO]

Kelly Osbourne engaged? The "Fashion Police" and her boyfriend, Matthew Mosshart may be tying the knot soon, according to US Weekly.

A source told the magazine that the E! co-host has been hiding the news since a little before Christmas. The pair have been dating for over a year and apart from the celebrities major weight loss, she has been the happiest girl, "Kelly is the happiest she's ever been," the source said. "Her career is going well, and she's in a healthy relationship with a wonderful guy."

Osbourne expressed her happiness via twitter about her love life with the chef boyfriend, "I'm in love and I don't care who knows about it!"

The couple first met in 2011 during Kate Moss's wedding and her parents Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne have given their approval. The rocker's daughter is still amazed that love could happen to her, "I couldn't believe that he truly liked me because I never think people ever could," Kelly said to a British magazine in October. "But I'm so happy. I don't think I've ever really known what love is like before."

Last month, Sharon insinuated that Kelly would be getting married soon to Mosshart, insisting, "She's so happy she could get married tomorrow! Nothing surprises me with my daughter, she's not predictable. She's never been happier - you can always tell by her eyes. She's got really shiny eyes at the moment, so she's happy."

US Weekly's source is reporting that the couple could be planning a wedding for this summer.
