Baseball's back for the official 2015 MLB season!

The Minnesota Twins take the field against the Toronto Blue Jays in Week 18 of the regular season on Thursday, August 6 at 7:07 p.m. EST at the Rogers Centre in Ontario. Read on to see where fans can watch and listen to a live stream of the Game 4 evening ballgame online - also catch up-to-date feeds and coverage on highlight plays and scores.

Both Minnesota and Toronto snag relatively high spots in ESPN.com's official break-down of all 30 professional teams (power rankings):

Twins (14): "The Twins are still clinging to a playoff position in the American League, but they haven't won a series since the All-Star break and fellow postseason contenders improved a lot more at the deadline." Nick Nelson, Twins Daily

Minnesota now holds a steady 54-53 winning record and remains 2nd in the American League Central Division.

Blue Jays (11): "It was a very exciting week for the Blue Jays, as they made deadline moves for superstars Troy Tulowitzki and David Price, as well as useful pieces Ben Revere, Mark Lowe and La Troy Hawkins. Toronto still has some work to do to make the postseason, but they finally have the roster to do so." Joshua Howsam, Blue Jays Plus

With that, Toronto snags an impressive 57 wins and 52 losses and is now 2nd in the American League Eastern Division. The team can sweep the series with a Game 4 win on Thursday.

Tonight's highly-anticipated ballgame will be broadcasted live on local sports channels FSN and RSN.
