CNBC continues its new reality series, West Texas Investors Club after its highly anticipated premiere. During tonight's Episode 2, self-made multimillionaires Rooster McConaughey and Butch Gilliam are going to lasso in these entrepreneurs, giving them a Shark Tank feel with a little bit of Texas twang.

As we previously mentioned, during the eight-episode series, deep in the heart of Texas, the self-made multimillionaires Rooster McConaughey and Butch Gilliam have carved their fortunes from a harsh and unforgiving land. Now they've chosen to pass on their success by investing in promising entrepreneurs. But they're going to do it on their own turf and terms. Along with the duo's close friend and confidante Gil Prather, Rooster and Butch are inviting ambitious entrepreneurs from all across the country to come down to Midland and make their case.

According to the plot synopsis, after a YouTube star pitches claims he has cooked up the world's best BBQ sauce, Butch and Rooster put the video star to the test. While the internet starlet goes up against the top pitmaster in West Texas, a single mother tries to sell the investors on her brand of a website. This site could help parents save for their children's college education.

In an interview with INC., McConaughey and Gilliam describe how they test out the startup models before deciding to invest.

Gilliam reveals, "For every entrepreneur that comes to us, we're going to try to figure out a way to put them in a real-life scenario. We want to put them under the gun and see what their character is all about."

Gilliam then describes the most important lesson any entrepreneur should know, "It's one thing to make money. To hang onto it is going to be the most difficult task of all."

West Texas Investors Club continues Tuesdays at 10 pm on CNBC.
