'Little People, Big World' Amy Roloff on Dating: ''I Don't Think Anyone Would be Interested"
If you think being single again is easy, think again! When it comes to starting over, Amy Roloff says she may be single but that doesn't mean she's ready to date again. According to E!, the entire Roloff family opened up to their fans and viewers of the show and talked about life, marriage, separation, Matt and Amy's divorce, and dating. In Tuesday's season finale episode of Little People, Big World, Amy made it clears she's not focused on dating.
"That ain't happenin'. Not on the radar right now," she told NBC News correspondent Andrea Canning. "I don't think anyone would be really interested."
Her ex-husband and the father of her four children said that he would get a girlfriend in the future, but the lady would have to know that Mr. Matt isn't trying to settle down again. Matt said that he "definitely would not get married again."
"Right now I'm just getting to know myself and working on my health and taking care of the businesses and working on the farm," the 53-year-old said. "Let's see how time goes."
Mstars News learned that Matt and Amy decided to file for divorce after being separated for more than a year.
"After 27 years of marriage, it is with great sadness that we have come to the difficult decision to file for divorce. We are proud of what we have accomplished together including raising four wonderful children who have grown to become remarkable adults and building our strong and ongoing successful businesses," the couple previously stated. "Our kids and our ever growing family, and the love and support we have for them, will be our priority. We will continue to work together side by side in the daily responsibilities for our many current ventures. We would like to thank our family, friends and all our fans for their continued support and understanding during this difficult time."
As for their children, the Roloff kids seem to be growing up just fine. With their twins, Zach and Jermey, already married, there's only two children left to see where their future will take them.
MStars News previously reported that Zach married his girlfriend of one year, Tori Patton, a few weeks ago on the family farm. His brother tied the knot to Audrey Botti in 2014.
Zach claims that his parents got along during his big day.
"Weddings definitely give opportunities for families to come together," Zach explained. "It definitely was a united front. Your worries go away, and it's all very positive and forward-thinking."
"I'm actually enjoying working with Amy right now," Matt stated during the finale. "So I'm just happy with where I'm at."
