Beverly Johnson made a shocking revelation in the Bill Cosby sexual assault case, as the model says she "forgives" the comedian for his alleged actions. The former model went on Good Morning America this week to talk about her memoir, The Face That Changed It All, and ended up opening up on the accusations of sexual assault she has made against the Cosby Show actor.

Johnson has come forward with numerous other women, claiming that Cosby drugged and raped her when she auditioned for a small part on The Cosby Show series. She wrote the confessional in a piece for Vanity Fair. “It was almost like a family member had betrayed me. It was such a huge sense of betrayal for me,” she told the GMA hosts. As far as the other accusers, she said, “These women gave me the courage to come forward.”

The host also asked what she would say to Cosby if she was able to have a conversation with him today, and her answer was certainly shocking. “I forgive you,” Johnson reveals she would tell the comedian if they came face-to-face. As far as what she wants to happen to him in the aftermath of these allegations coming forward, she gave another interesting answer. “I’m going to leave that to the Justice Department, and I just feel that he’s a lightning rod for a much bigger conversation, and that conversation would be the rape culture in America,” she confessed to the hosts.

Johnson joins over 50 other accusers who claim that Cosby drugged them and performed sexually assaulting acts on them over the course of over 30 years. Former supermodel Janice Dickinson is another major celebrity name amongst those accusing Cosby of rape, and has spoken out numerous times on her experiences, even calling him out in recent interviews.
