MStars News has learned that former Basketball Wives LA star, Laura Govan, is speaking out in the midst of her drama with her ex and the father of her four children. NBA star, Gilbert Arenas, has demanded that his ex and their children move out of their Los Angeles home. In a Instagram post seen below, Govan and her kids posed for the camera and stuck out their tongues as mama bear wrote: "To All the Real Mommies with No Help Sleep Deprived and get up at 530 am to work out Before going to work or waking their children up! Making Breakfast taking a 3mins shower waking and getting their children ready for school eating left overs and getting their children to school on time! Brushed teeth shoes tired and lotion Down, Running a Business and trying to have a career!"

It appeared that Govan was probably throwing shade at her ex, who had court documents proving that he paid for the home Govan and their kids were staying in. He wanted Govan out and wanted her to take the $20k she receives a month in child support to support herself and their children.

Rumor has it that Arenas has a new woman and is the father of a newborn baby girl. Arenas' new lady is reportedly Lindsay Faulk. She is the ex-wife of former St. Louis Rams player, Marshall Faulk.

Followers keeping up with the ugly split commented on the sticky situation and wrote the statements found below:

oitnblack11 "What kind of mom has to write in her caption to prove she is a good mom. Girl bye you spend all your child support money your outfits for ig take care of your kids there's a millions mom out there doing way more than you waking up at 5:30 to make sure your children teeth are brushed don't mean sh*t"

stesha_acosta@rosebudd_luu "I agree I had the same exact reaction to his little rant too. I think they're both being silly to want to self-recognize for basic stuff they're supposed to do as parents. You and I are in similar boats I get it yeah it's rough providing for four kids (and a lot of people can't relate because you rarely hear more than 2) but personally I think it's silly for a parent to congratulate themselves for doing the things they're supposed to do as a parent whether it be on the custodial side or the financial side. I think we agree mostly I'm just not with either bragging about the things they do for their kids... that's what we signed up for as parents"
