Chris Brown, Nia Guzman Baby Royalty Custody Drama: Singer Has to Perform Drug Test?

Chris Brown may have joint custody of his 1-year-old daughter, Royalty, but that doesn't mean his headaches and drama are over with his former fling, and baby mama, Nia Guzman. According to The Shade Room, Brown may have more ups and downs in the future with Guzman because she requested the judge working their case force Breezy to produce a urine and hair sample for a drug test. The judge seemed to agree with Guzman on that matter and ordered Brown to perform the drug test right then and there during their court hearing.

Details are unknown about what would happen if the drug tests came back positive, but we're sure Brown wouldn't have been able to walk out with his daughter last week.

A twist to this custody story includes the ruling. Brown will share his daughter 50/50 with Guzman, but a source is claiming his mother had to be present during his time with his baby girl.

Guzman and Brown are expected to appear back in court in 12 days to have a mediation. The goal for that day is to get Royalty's parents to come to some kind of long-term custody and support agreement. If they don't find a way to agree on things in the future, the 4-day rotation will continue and a full trial will be scheduled.

MStars News previously reported, that Brown won joint custody in a Houston court last week against his baby mama. Guzman tired hard for Brown not to have any custodial rights, and she only wanted Brown to be granted supervised visitation.

After that didn't work, the judge ordered the parents to share their time with their daughter. So far Brown is enjoying his time with his daughter. The singer brought little Royalty on stage during his concert in Albuquerque for his "One Hell of a Nite" tour.

How adorable is that? Too cute!
