‘Daily Show with Trevor Noah’ Equates Conservative Paul Ryan to Playboy Banning Nudity

Conservatives may be vying for Paul Ryan to take the Speaker of the House spot, but it just doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Why? Well, as The Daily Show's Jessica Williams puts it, no one cares about conservatives any more. Or, at least, they don't care about him. In fact, she equates the whole situation to Playboy magazine's recent announcement of taking away nudity from the publication. Hugh Hefner's thought is simply- what's the point, especially when online pornography is literally just one click away.

Which makes sense, no?

"How does Paul Ryan go from being the poster boy for conservatism to being a communist?" host Trevor Noah asked. To which Williams claimed that he was getting "Playboy'd."

"Trevor, it used to be that if you wanted to see pictures of naked ladies Playboy knew what turned you on," Williams said. "Like in the same way that Paul Ryan was the clean-cut conservative boy next door who used to excite Republicans, but the times have changed."

You know, because of all the online pornography.

So, thoughts, folks? Are our expectations of Washington overshadowing what actually goes down in Washington? Do we just watch way too much news about politics?

And, okay sure, porn, too.
