Reports confirm that Nevada police have named 22-year-old Tineesha Lashun Howard as a "person of interest" in the tragic Las Vegas drive-by shooting and violent car crash that killed aspiring rapper Kenny Clutch on Thursday (Feb. 21). Law enforcement has already identified the gunman as 26-year-old Ammar Harris. Both suspects, who contributed to the deaths of three innocent individuals, still remain at large.

As Mstarz originallu reported about the drive-by shooting and consequential car crash on the infamous Las Vegas strip last week:

Reports confirm that a chaotic drive-by shooting took place on the infamous Las Vegas Strip on Thursday morning (Feb. 21), resulting in a violent crash that ultimately killed three individuals. Among the victims and the alleged gunman target was aspiring rapper Kenny Clutch (real name, Kenneth Cherry Jr.). Authorities claim that Clutch was waiting at a red light in his black Maserati at approximately 4:20 a.m. when a black Range Rover pulled up and someone in the vehicle began erratically firing gunshots. Clutch was hit and in response accelerated into the intersection and slammed into an oncoming taxi. Both vehicles instantly lit up in flames - Clutch, a cab driver named Michael Boldon, and his passenger were killed. Two-four other individuals were also injured during what one tourist described as a "scene from 'Die Hard.'"

Las Vegas police Sheriff Douglas Gillespie told CNN that Clutch and some friends were heading north on Las Vegas Boulevard after leaving the Aria Hotel when the shooting occurred. While the two individuals in the taxi cab died on impact following the drive-by crash, Clutch was promptly transferred to a local hospital, where he later passed away due to his severe injuries. One of Clutch's passengers in the sports vehicle was also shot, but escaped with minor wounds. Reports confirm that three other vehicles were involved in the crash and that two-three other individuals were also hurt and treated for minor injuries. No bystanders were shot or killed during the violent incident. The black Range Rover fled from the scene by the time police arrived. The drive-by suspects are still on the loose, and considered armed and dangerous.

Police allege that the shooting may have been the result of an argument that rapper Clutch got into at the Aria Resort and Casino earlier that night.

Since the tragic incident, police have named Ammar Harris as the alleged gunman who fired shots from his own black SUV into Clutch's Maserati. Harris remains the subject of a multi-state manhunt. Officials claims that Harris is a "missing and possibly endangered individual." He is currently described as a 26-year-old, 5-foot and 11-inch tall, 180-pound black male with brown hair and brown eyes.

Reports confirm that Tineesha Lashun Howard, who also goes by Yenesis Alfonzo, was also inside the black Range Rover when the shooting took place. Howard, originally from Miami, FL, is now also the subject of a police manhunt. Howard is described as Cuban, with green eyes and dark hair. She is about 5-feet and 8-inches tall and around 120 pounds. Howard has a criminal history that includes arrests for soliciting prostitution, trespassing, and possession of a stolen vehicle (as reported by KNTV-TV).

District Attorney Steve Wolfson claims that Harris (and now Howard) will be brought to Clark County, NV when apprehended to face prosecution: "I'm confident he's going to be charged and prosecuted for murder and other related offenses," Wolfson told KNTV-TV on Monday. "Let's just get him into custody, because this is a dangerous man."

Anyone with information about Howard or Harris is asked to call Metro's Homicide Section at (702) 828-3521, or to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at (702) 385-5555. A $35,000 reward has been posted.
