K-pop girl band F(x) is soon going to release their next studio album, 4 Walls. The band will perform on Oct. 29 on the music program M! Countdown.

According to All Kpop, F(x) will soon be performing the songs from 4 Walls for the first time.  The band will also perform on Music Bank on the 30th and then on 'Music Core' on the 31st. The songs from the upcoming album will be elegant and strong electronic dance music.

F(x) was formed by S.M. Entertainment in 2009. The group currently has four members: Victoria, Amber, Luna and Krystal. F(x) is the most reliably risk-taking group in K-pop because of their elctropop sound and their experiments with fashion. South Korean actress Sulli was also a part of the band, but in order to focus on her acting career, she left the group in August 2015.

4 Walls will be the group's 4th studio album and it is set to be released on Oct. 27. According to Soompi, S.M. Entertainment confirmed that the members of F(x) began the principal photography of their new music video on Sept. 11. The representative further quoted that, "F(x) went to Jeju Island (September 11) this morning to film their new music video in top secret privacy."

An insider reported to My Daily that the band shot their new music video on Jeju Island and also stated, "The exact comeback period hasn't been confirmed. But f(x) will start promotions for a new album within this year."

Earlier this month, All Kpop also reported that S.M. Entertainment has created a new Instagram account, 'f(x) - 4 WALLS.' The group posted 9 different photos featuring the band's comeback.

F(x)'s 4 Wall is scheduled for Oct. 27.
