It's been a little while since comedian Whoopi Goldberg has made headlines for something that happened outside of The View, but it's finally happened. And, well, it's not the best of news. It's being reported that Goldberg's tour bus burst into flames while performing a stand-up set at a casino in Canada. Which caused everyone in attendance to evacuate the building.

TMZ reports that the fire happened this past Saturday evening. Upon learning of the news, hundreds of people in attendance were told to evacuate the building.

Yes, you read that correctly, Whoopi Goldberg was performing to hundreds of people. O.M.G.

We kid, Whoopi.

Word has it that people started noticing the flames when the smoke made its way into the theater and they encountered the smell, as the bus was parked outside the building towards the back, where the theater was located. The Huffington Post reported that "people started making their way to the door" upon smelling the smoke. Luckily, throughout it all, "there was no panic."

Goldberg was set to perform just one show at the Casino New Brunswick, located in Canada. The flames occurred towards the end of her set.

So, she literally burned the place to the ground with her comedy. Well, okay, kind of.

Naturally TMZ has photos from the flames. Check them out below.

Not much else is known at this time. No word as to what started the flames on Goldberg's tour bus. The comedian herself has been rather hush about it all on social media.

Our guess is she's saving the story for The View
