'KUWTK' Kendall & Kylie Jenner Accused By Island Company Of Stealing PacSun Clothing Logo!

KUWTK's Kendall and Kylie Jenner, along wth PacSun are accused of stealing the resort lifestyle retailer, Island Company's trademarked logo. The retailer has used it's phrase, "Quit your job. Buy a ticket. Get a tan. Fall in love. Never return," since 2005 and according to Yahoo, it's garments have been seen on celebrities including Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt and Cameron Diaz.

The accusation comes after PacSun designed a shirt for the girls' clothing line with the similar mantra: "Run away. Fall in love. Never return. Island Company states in its legal documents that Kendall and Kylie's version "is likely to cause confusion, mistake and deception among consumers, the public and the trade as to whether defendants' products or services are affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by plaintiff," according to the complaint obtained by Pagesix. Fed up with the nearly identical motto, the West Palm Beach company filed a complaint in U.S. Federal court.

The Kendall + Kylie collection debuted in June and the girls spoke about their collaboration with PacSun, which was made available in Topshop stores worldwide with hopes that their slogan would resonate with fans, giving them a piece of the California lifestyle.

Model Kendall told Vogue Australia, "We're trying to bring the LA vibe to Topshops all over the world," and added, "We were thinking about the LA girl, who she is, what she loves to do and what her dream capsule wardrobe would be. There are lots of lighter shades and florals that give that sunshine feel."

She says about Topshop,"I just love Topshop. When Topshop opened in our local shopping centre, the Grove, it was total madness. Everyone was dying to go to Topshop and you'd ask anyone wearing anything cool, "where did you get that?!" And it was always "Topshop!" It was a total fashion frenzy. So to be involved with the brand is an absolute honour. It's very cool."

The 19 and 17 year old siblings were rumored to have inked and deal worth over $2 million pounds. If you have any knowledge about money, you'd know that pounds are way better than dollars!
