Longtime bachelor, and New York Yankee legend, Derek Jeter, is officially a claimed man, folks. It has been announced that the retired baseball player and his supermodel girlfriend, Hannah Davis, are now engaged. Of course, this isn't the first time we're seeing Davis in the headlines; back when she covered Sports Illustrated – in a barely covered spread, by the way – there wasn't a digital news organization that didn't report on it. Even MStars!

The report of the couple's engagement comes from The New York Daily News. The publication allegedly heard that Davis "already has the ring." Furthermore, a source close to the couple reportedly said, "The family is very happy because they really like him."

After all, it's Derek Jeter – what's not to like?

Jeter and Davis have been linked as a couple for a while now, since way back in 2012. They've somehow managed to keep their relationship rather private, which is shocking considering how famous (and yes, good-looking) they both are.

In the end, congrats to the happy couple.
