Taylor Swift is heading to court. The 1989 singer might be on top of the world with the successful release of her multi-platinum record, but it is being reported that while the star was out on tour supporting her latest album that she was sexual assaulted by a fan during a meet and greet. The person in question is a radio DJ and the star is saying that while he was backstage with her that he allegedly touched her inappropriately.

Radar Online is reporting that the singer is demands damages from the disc jockey for the humiliation that he caused her after assaulting her. However the story gets even more interesting, as the DJ, named David Mueller was the person that originally sued Swift after saying that she had gotten him fired from his radio job. The personality had been part of the radio industry for 20 years, before starting his job at Colorado station 98.5 KYGO in 2013.

The incident in question happened during a June 2, 2013 concert for her RED tour, according to The Inquistr, when Mueller and his co-host, Ryan Kliesch, were told by their bosses that they had to attend the concert and the meet and greet. Mueller brought his girlfriend to the show, and said that the night went great and that Swift was cordial and nice to them while taking pictures with them and then signing autographs.

However, it was afterwards when he ran into a co-worker, who said that he grabbed Swift's butt that things started to take a turn for the worse. Mueller is stating that bodyguards thought that he was the one that groped the star, instead of his co-worker, and he was escorted out of the venue by the bodyguards, and that he was later fired from his job because of it.

However, Swift is standing by her statement, according to Billboard, saying, "Mueller's newfound claim that he is the 'wrong guy' and, therefore, his termination from KYGO was unjustified, is specious. Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault... and is not confused in the slightest."
