GRIMM Season 5 premieres tonight and just in time to inspire last minute costume ideas for the Halloween weekend. This season, new characters will be introduced and a modern fairytale crossover will makes things interesting. Last season, fans saw the storyline end with ex-hexenbiest Adalind Schade (Claire Coffee) pregnant with Nick Burkhardt's (David Giuntoli) child; Kelly Burkhardt (Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio) was beheaded by the Verrat and Nick's love interest Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch) was shot and killed by Trubel (Jacqueline Toboni) after she helped kill Kelly.

After all of the female bloodshed last season, it looks like the cast is getting some new characters. Actress Carlson Young will join the show as Selina Golias, a young woman who's there to protect the survivor of a wesen attack in which her boyfriend was killed. Her heroic efforts attract the attention of the Wesen King and targets her in order to find the last survivor.

Another character that will be introduced is Monroe's (Silas Weir Mitchell) Uncle Felix Dietrich. TV Line founder Michael Ausiello shared earlier this week that the bookish character will help Nick rebuild his wesen research after Juliette set fire to his Aunt Marie's trailer.

"In the course of his work as an antiquarian bookseller, Felix will come across some very old

volumes about Grimms - which is helpful, considering Juliette destroyed a lot of that kind of thing when she torched the trailer - then find himself followed by those who are willing to kill in order to secure the books," Ausiello said. "He'll show up in the United States to ask for Monroe's help. Look for Uncle Felix to make his debut in Episode 10."

A mashup storyline that GRIMM fans can look forward to is it's Peter Pan themed episode on November 13. The episode titled, "Lost Boys" will see Rosalee (Bree Turner) disappear after a group of orphan boys seek her out as the mother figure they've always wanted.

GRIMM returns tonight on NBC at 9 p.m.
