Real Housewives of Orange County is enjoying its best season in the show's 10-year history, which can be most definitely attributed to the speculation surrounding veteran star Vicki Gunvalson's ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers's cancer diagnosis. After Vicki admitted on the drama filled reunion to now feeling "duped" by Brooks, Brooks has come out swinging saying Vicki lied on the show.

In an interview with E! News, the Mississippi native says that his ex-girlfriend has backtracked again on whether she thinks he has cancer or not after texting her the morning after the third part of the reunion aired.

"She said no, she didn't feel like she's been duped and secondly, she does now believe that I have cancer," he said. "...I don't know why somebody would change their mind as many times as she does."

In E!'s first interview with Brooks, he said his cancer had been downgraded from stage three to stage two, but he now says that wasn't necessarily the truth.

"I was trying to communicate that my numbers were improving, as a lay person, trying to communicate and I'm not a physician," the reality star clarified. "It doesn't decline in stage so I totally misspoke about that."

Whether or not Brooks is telling the truth about his cancer has given Bravo their best ratings in RHOC history. The season averaged 2.7 million viewers with the second part of the reunion garnering 3.2 million viewers.

The hit show has become such a monster success for the network that two more specials are coming up. On Thursday, Nov 11 host and executive producer Andy Cohen interviews Brooks in a "One on One" sitdown about his controversial year on the show followed by the Real Housewives of Orange County "Secrets Revealed."

Do you think Brooks should finally disclose his medical records to end the cancer speculation once and for all?
