Apparently, 25-year-old Swift continues talking to former flame Jake Gyllenhaal behind her current beau's back!

The 34-year-old "Southpaw" hottie only romanced Swift for a very brief amount of time several years ago (October-December 2010). They were briefy seen together throughout January and February of 2011. But do sparks still fly between the two?

According to the infamous gossip tabloid Star magazine, Gyllenhaal randomly chatted with Swift's close friend Cara Delevingne not too long ago and managed to snag the "Blank Space" songstress' new phone number. An alleged snitch reveals:

"He said he owed Taylor an apology for how things ended between them." But now, they won't stop talking. "[They] kept in touch, albeit secretly."

This latest bombshell report will appear in the upcoming November 23 issue.

But given Swift's rather bad luck with love, would she really put Harris through such similar heartbreak?

"That is complete nonsense of her being in contact with Jake... She is devoted to Calvin and her career which are both going strong. She is not seeking anything from past boyfriends at all. She doesn't talk to Jake."
