Busta Rhymes has spoken out about feeling disrespected by mariachi-loving gym Steel Gym employee, Ole Hernandez, after pleading guilty to a charge of harassment in the second degree. The rapper, who was recently seen in comedian Aziz Ansari's Netflix series Master of Nonewas arrested and charged with assault after reportedly throwing a protein protein drink at a Steel Gym employee in New York City during an argument in Aug. 2015.

The employee claims that Rhymes insulted him and even hurled profanity-laden homophobic remarks before the attack.

Hernandez spoke about about the incident, explaining, "I don't even know who he is. I am a Mexican, I like mariachi. I don't like rap."

Rhymes, whose real name is Trevor Smith, felt disrespected that the employee didn't know who he was and went off on the employee.

The rapper reportedly yelled, "You don't know who I am! I'm Busta Rhymes! I'm the real n*gger! You're a f*ggot, you are a p*ssy! You are a Mexican crossing the border to come to this country, I will f*ck you up."

The gym's surveillance video contains no audio, but Rhymes can be seen reaching across the counter and getting into the employee's face.

Rhymes returned to the gym the following day and is shown on video tossing water on Hernandez, who then returns the favor. Rhymes then throws a Lean Body chocolate protein shake and hits Hernandez in the head.

The rapper spoke to Billboard and insists the entire incident was "blown out of proportion."

Rhymes explained to the music publication that he felt disrespected by the whole ordeal, believing the police and press made a huge deal about the matter.

The rapper insisted the allegations were false, backing up his claim due to his second-degree felony charge being reduced to a violation.

Rhymes stated the entire assault case was a huge waste of everyone's time and energy, but admits he is glad the case is behind him.

The rapper's Hot For the Holidays event is coming up on Dec. 5, 2015, featuring performances by Fetty Wap, Lil Wayne, Sean "Diddy" Combs and Mary J. Blige.
