Thanksgiving isn't really a day known for giving people the feeling of being fit, healthy and sexy – but hey, that's part of its appeal, isn't it? Regardless, there are some people out there attempting to stick with their diets, which is exactly why we're listing some healthy Thanksgiving food recipes.

We know – who knew there was such a thing!

Now, we're not sure why someone wouldn't want to give up their health habits just for Turkey Day – after all, the food is ridiculously amazing – but in an attempt to show that we're supporting your efforts to keep that slender body throughout the winter months, let's take a look at some healthy recipes, shall we?

GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Thanks to the Food Network, there is no shortage of healthy recipes for those looking to keep their Thanksgiving holidays' a little less full. With this green bean casserole, you should be able to fit into the table filled with gluttons just fine – as it's oftentimes served during Thanksgiving day meals (as a side).

BUTTERNUT SQUASH SOUP
Mostly considered to many as a mere appetizer, you health folk do have the option of having butternut squash soup as your meal––as long as you're cool with all of the odd glances coming from your Turkey Day attendees.

Per Food Network, the soup gives "all of the richness" that you desire for the holiday. And what's really interesting is the fact that it's made entirely without any cream. Which is sure to shock your guests. ...but leave them thrilled that there's more food to come.

GLUTEN-FREE STUFFING
It's probably best not to tell your guests that the stuffing they're about to consume is made sans any gluten––especially because someone will ask, "What is gluten anyway?" and everyone else in the room will stare silently, as they too have no idea.

And just as a warning, if you're one of the healthy ones, and you're hosting Thanksgiving, try to have at least one unhealthy option. Just a thought.

Happy Thanksgiving!
