Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has officially declined the offer to work with Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in Karan Johar's upcoming directorial venture, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Earlier, there were reports that Leone would make a cameo or a special appearance in the film but now, the Mastizaade star has officially declined, saying that she was never approached by the Johar's team for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

At a recent media event, when it was asked if she will be a part of the romantic-drama film, DNA India quoted the former adult star as responding, "That's not true. People like to make up the craziest news. Trust me, if I am doing something I always tweet about it. We always let everybody know what's exactly going on. We're pretty much open about this."

Not only this, there were several rumors that surfaced last month that she will star with Manjhi lead Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Sohail Khan's next directorial venture. According to DNA, Leone was all set to star in the actiong thriller film. Shedding some light on it, the One Night Stand actress said that she was not approached for it.

Leone will soon be seen in Milap Zaveri's sex-comedy film, Mastizaade, alongside Tusshar Kapoor and Vir Das. Mstarz earlier reported that Leone's super hit song, "Baby Doll," will also be featured in the film, but it will be molded differently.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is directed by Johar, who is famous in the Indian Film industry for directing films like Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kal Ho Na Ho, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Ghum and My Name is Khan. Kapoor, who was recently seen in Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha alongside Ranveer Singh's rumored girlfriend, Deepika Padukone, will share the screen for the first time with Bachchan. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will also feature Anushka Sharma.

Ae Dil Hai Mushkil is slated to release on Oct. 28, 2016.
