According to Variety, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton will guest star in the upcoming third season of Comedy Central's Broad CityThe sitcom is produced by Amy Poehler, who ironically impersonated Clinton while she was a cast member on Saturday Night Live

Speculation of Clinton's appearance started when the 68-year-old politician tweeted a photo of herself with Pohler and the show's stars Abbi Jacobson and Ilana Glazer with the caption: "On the set of @broadcity season 3 with @abbijacbson, @ilazer and Amy! #yas."

The show's account also shared two tweets with photos of the candidate and cast.

This of course is not the first time politics and comedy have mixed. In addition to appearing on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Seth Myers and Jimmy Kimmel Live, the former First Lady also made a recent cameo on SNL back on October 3 in a sketch with current Clinton impersonator Kate McKinnon. In the meantime, Clinton's Republican competitor Donald Trump recently hosted the 41-year sketch comedy show.

Although Broad City has had its recent share of guest stars including Seth Rogan, Kelly Ripa, Fred Armisen and Patricia Clarkson, Clinton will by far be the show's biggest cameo. No word yet on what role she'll be playing but fans of show believe it could be as someone in Abbi's gym or as a patient of Hannibal Buress' character Lincoln Rice.

Broad City premiered on Comedy Central back in January 22, 2014.  It's based on Jacobson and Glazer's web series about two friends living in New York. Their first twenty episodes have had a huge following and garnered several Critics Choice Award nominations. The third season premiers on February 17 of 2016.
