'KUWTK' Season 11 Kim Kardashian's Pregnancy Too Complicated, Following Saint West's Birth

Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian West not only has one placenta accreta pregnancy, but two and the most recent was with baby Saint West following sister North West's birth, which were both complicated and painful for the reality star mom. Allegedly, it's a risk for the Kardashian to carry a third child. A source told Us "that the proud parents referred to their baby as "Saint" well before his delivery because the child was a miracle baby. (As chronicled on KUWTK last season, Kim struggled with getting pregnant and explored various options to conceive her son.)"

According to People, "She's up and about but of course feeling exhausted at the same time." The family has been enthisastic about the Wests' new addition. Mom and manager, Kris Jenner told reporters at The Hollywood Reporters Women in Entertainment Breakfast, "He's definitely a saint. It's perfect." And adds, "I feel just really blessed to be able to spend Christmas with the kids and all my grandchildren. [It] couldn't get any better."

Aunt Khloe Kardashian bragged about him too and US reported on her posted live stream, "My little nephew was born. He is so cute and so perfect. I love him and mommy and daddy are doing fantastic."

While at home nursing Saint, the reality mom is reportedly hands on with the newborn but has been getting some assistance from a baby nurse that she hired. Husband Kanye West has apparently been by her side and is catering to his wife as well. "Kanye was really supportive at the hospital. And at home, as always, he treats her like a queen. She's his queen. Having Saint hasn't changed that," an insider reveals.
