2015 seemed to be the year of celebrity breakups. Ben Affleck and Jennifer GarnerGwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, and David and Yolanda Foster were among the casualties. From A-list actors to country crooners and rock stars, it seems like the news feeds were constantly filled with celebrities publicly calling it quits.

With that in mind, take a look back at the 10 romances that said goodbye in 2015!

10. MELANIE GRIFFITH AND ANTONIO BANDERAS

Banderas and Griffith wed in 1996 after meeting in 1995 on the set of Two Much. They announced their split in June 2014 after 18 years of marriage.

"We have thoughtfully and consensually decided to finalize our almost twenty years marriage in a loving and friendly manner honoring and respecting each other, our family and friends and the beautiful time we have spent together," Griffith and Banderas said in a joint statement.

The A-list duo finalized their divorce in July 2015.

9. MEGAN FOX AND BRIAN AUSTIN GREEN

After 11 years together, five married, Us Weekly reported that Fox and Green were calling it quits back in August. “Megan has separated from Brian,” an insider reveals to the publication at that time. “They decided on it six months ago.”

The couple has two kids together: 2-year-old Noah and 18-month-old Bodhi.

8. KALEY CUOCO AND RYAN SWEETING

In September, it was revealed that Cuoco and her husband of two years were splitting. The couple's rep said in a statement: "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage. They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

The couple got engaged in Sept. 2013 and they tied the knot on New Year's Eve of the same year.

7. BLAKE SHELTON AND MIRANDA LAMBERT

After almost a decade of dating and four years of marriage, the country superstars announced their split in July. "This is not the future we envisioned," they said in a statement. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately."

The divorce was finalized hours later under the terms of their prenuptial agreement.

6. DAVID AND YOLANDA FOSTER

In December, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars David and Yolanda Foster announced that they were ending their marriage after four years together.

"Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways," they said in their joint statement. "We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship, and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families, and health issues."

5. ZAYN MALIK AND PERRIE EDWARDS

The former One Direction singer – who also broke up with 1D this past year – got a lot of hate when he publicly broke off his engagement to the Little Mix star. Malik reportedly dumped Edwards via a single text message. The two got engaged in August 2013 after a little more than a year of dating.

4. KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN AND SCOTT DISICK

News of Kardashian and Disick's split came in July, after he was spotted reconnecting with an old fling in the south of France. The couple dated for nine years and have three young children together: 6-year-old Mason, 3-year-old Penelope and 1-year-old Reign.

3. GWEN STEFANI AND GAVIN ROSSDALE

Everyone's favorite rocker couple announced that they were divorcing after 13 years of marriage. Stefani reportedly cited irreconcilable differences in her petition and asked for joint custody of their three sons: Kingston, Zuma, and Apollo.

2. BEN AFFLECK AND JENNIFER GARNER

Affleck and Garner, one of the longest-running couples in Hollywood, announced their split in June, just one day after celebrating their 10-year wedding anniversary.

"We go forward with love and friendship for one another and a commitment to co-parenting our children whose privacy we ask to be respected during this difficult time," the couple said in a joint statement.
