Khloe Kardashian and James Harden Split: Did He Really Dump Her Over Christmas?

While everyone else were busy unwrapping their Christmas presents, Khloe Kardashian got the shock of her life during the holiday season when her beau James Harden reportedly broke up with her. It seems like the the drama surrounding the 31-year-old is too much for the professional basketball player.

"It was too much for him," a source told OK! magazine. "The media scrutiny, her family's meddling and her mood swings drove him over the edge. He told her they can still hook up, but anything serious is off the table.”

Their public relationship hasn't been easy for the pair. Just as they started to take things to the next level, Kardashian's estranged husband, Lamar Odom, suffered a near-fatal overdose at a Nevada brothel back in October.

While she maintained her relationship with Harden, Kardashian called off her divorce from Odom. The reality star has been through hell since her split from her husband but it seems like she still has his back and she took the role as a doting wife to the troubled athlete.

HollywoodLife previously reported that according to an insider, “James has enough on his plate right now and Khloe on top of it is too much for him to eat. His team is playing poorly and to add insult to injury, Khloe’s out kicking with French Montana."

Despite the reports, E! News exclusively confirmed that Kardashian and Harden are still very much together. A source told the site that the couple is "still seeing each other." In fact, the reality star recently flew to Houston to support her boyfriend as his team faces off against the Atlanta Hawks.

Since Odom is still recovering and Kardashian can not be in two places at one time, she flew "Lamar's kids out to L.A. so they can spend time with him, and Khloe came to Houston for a few days while his kids are in LA with him," the insider added.
